Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani has expressed sadness at the news of the death of Honourable Ekene Abubakar Adams, member House of Representatives, Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency.
Born in 1985, Honourable Ekene Adams lived an exemplary life of active service to the people of his constituency and Kaduna State at large. In his lifetime, Ekene Adams was well respected as a politician, community leader, sports administrator, and philanthropist.
A condolence message signed by Muhammad Lawal Shehu, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, described the late lawmaker as a dedicated football lover and administrator. Ekene established KADA City FC, a Nigerian football club based in Kaduna, to discover talents and promote football within Kaduna State. He was often regarded as one of the youngest football club owners in Nigeria. The late Mr. Adams was Chairman, House Committee on Sports.
Governor Uba Sani condoled with the family of the deceased and the people of Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, eulogizing the late representative as a trailblazer and fearless politician and administrator.
