American firms interested in Kaduna investment – Envoy

Kaduna State is set to attract major investments from top American businesses following assurances by the United States Ambassador to Nigeria, H.E. Richard M. Mills Jr., that investors were eager to take advantage of the state’s thriving economic environment.

Ambassador Mills made the disclosure during a courtesy visit to Governor Uba Sani at the Council Chamber of the Sir Kashim Ibrahim House, Kaduna, where discussions centered on strengthening partnerships between the U.S. Government and Kaduna State. The talks focused on capacity building, intelligence sharing, and investment in key sectors such as health, mining, education, and agriculture.

Commending Governor Sani’s administration for its inclusive and innovative peace-building strategies, unwavering political will.

The U.S. diplomat’s revelation that top American businesses were eager to invest in Kaduna underscores the growing confidence in the state’s economic direction.

In his response, Governor Uba Sani reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to deepening ties with the U.S. Government, ensuring a business-friendly environment for both existing and potential investors, and developing innovative programs and projects to enhance the living conditions of Kaduna residents.
