ACF gets land in Kaduna after 20-year wait

The Arewa Consultative Forum, a Northern voluntary advisory and watchdog body over northern affairs, has heaped praises on Governor Uba Sani for his assistance in acquiring their ACF National Headquarters on Sokoto Road in Kaduna.

Members said they had been engaging with the Kaduna State Government for over 20 years for the acquisition of the property, which has finally happened during his time in office.

The ACF stated this when members paid a courtesy call on the Governor at Sir Kashim Ibrahim House, Kaduna. The Forum was led by its chairman, Mr. Mamman Mike Osuman.

β€œAn issue that has lingered on for a very, very long time, with the speed of light, you have sorted it out. We thank you, we thank you very much indeed,” the chairman enthused.

Senator Ibrahim Ida Wazirin Katsina, who was also on the team, added: β€œWe thank you; we thank you; we thank your government; we thank your team, and we thank the good people of Kaduna State, on whose behalf you have done this.”

The Forum commended the Governor for his innovative policies on rural development and reconciliation. Governor Uba Sani hailed the ACF for their efforts towards promoting development in the North and fostering unity amongst the people of the region.
